Olowu Abdulqudus Appointed As Nans COVID-19 Lagos TaskForce.

Revolutionary NANS President Comrade Asefon Sunday on the 2nd of February appointed Olowu Abdulqudus a student of Electrical-Engineering Lagos State Polytechnic as a member of the COVID-19 7 Man Lagos State Taskforce amongst other Comrades from 6 other tertiary institutions in Lagos State.

The task-force is expected to coordinate with the National Task Force Committee headed by the NANS President, while also providing campus wide monitoring and surveillance in ensuring cases of non-compliance are remedied or properly reported immediately.

The appointment makes it the third NANS office secured to LASPOTECH in the LASPOSUG President Emmanuel Olamide’s administration, with erstwhile President Akindele David being elected on 22nd August 2020 as the General Secretary of NANS JCC Lagos Axis and Comrade Olowonisaye Warris also appointed the Action and Mobilization Officer of the same association as the latter.

The LASPOSUG President, who by virtue of office, is the Senator representing LASPOTECH students in NANS, commended Comrade Olowu and the state team for their willingness to serve in the student’s struggle, he saluted their courage and also admonished the Union President’s to keep up the good work in their campuses, lastly he warned them not to relent in their effort’s as regards the fight against Corona, as there is assurance of victory ahead.
