Oyo and Osun State Customs produce N47bn in nine months

The Nigeria Customs Service has said that it collected N47.4bn revenue between January and September, from the Oyo and Osun and area command.

With regards to a statement issued by the Public Relation’s offcer of the command, Kayode Wey, on Tuesday, the outgoing Customs Area Comptroller of the command, Babajide Jaiyeoba, said this recently during the handing-over ceremony at the command in Ibadan, Oyo State.

The P.R.O also stated that the command made various seizures of banned goods with a duty-paid value of N308m in the last nine months.
