Governor Seyi Makinde of Oyo state, has been re- elected as the Governor of Oyo state. He defeated Teslim Folarin of APC with a wide margin of 563,617 to 251,230. This is quite impressive as the great people of Oyo wants Governor Seyi to continue his good works.
The election held in the state can arguably be regarded as one of the most peaceful gubernatorial polls held in the country.
Seyi Makinde won 31 out of 33 local government area of the state to clinch his re-election as Governor of the state.
