Fidei Poly Post-UTME 2024: Cut-off mark, Eligibility and Registration Details

Applications for admission to several programs at Fidei Polytechnic, Gboko, are being accepted from adequately qualified students for the 2024–2025 academic year.

If a candidate does not select Fidei Polytechnic, Gboko as their first option, they should visit any CBT center and use the JAMB portal to change their first choice institution to the Gboko-based school. This applies to all candidates who scored 100 or more on the most recent UTME and wish to study there.

If candidates are interested in attending Fidei Polytechnic, they have the option to switch from their first choice institution, which was the University of Technology and Management (UTME), while they wait to hear back from the SSCE results.

Application forms for the institution’s Direct Entry (DE) programs (FULL TIME) for the 2024–2025 academic session are also available to suitably qualified candidates.

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS 

UTME CANDIDATES

All Candidates for UTME, in addition to possession of FIVE (5) credit passes at not more than two sittings in relevant O’ Level subjects including English and Mathematics, must have sat for the 2024 UTME and scored 100 and above.  

B. DIRECT ENTRY PROGRAMMES (DURATION 2 YEARS)

1. Candidates for DE must have the requirements stated for UTME Candidates above.

2. Candidates in addition to (1) above, must also hold National Diploma (ND) or National Innovative Diploma (NID) Certificates with at least Lower Credits from accredited institutions in related disciplines with (1) year cognate experience or Industrial Training (IT)

3. Candidates with Passes (i.e. CGPA of 2.0 -2.49) at the ND/NID, but with two (2) or more years of cognate experience in a related field can also apply.

REQUIREMENTS FOR DIRECT ENTRY FORM SUBMITTAL

1. All completed forms MUST be submitted personally by applicants at the Polytechnic Campus for the Admission Officer to capture the candidate’s details for upload to NBTE HND Admission Portal 

2. Two photocopies of the receipt showing that the admission form was purchased

3. Copies of all pertinent academic credentials, such as the GCE O-level certificate (two copies).

4. Two photocopies of the Statutory Declaration of Age or Birth Certificate

5. A pair of passport-sized photos
