Local Govt Polls in Lagos

The Lagos State Council election has been scheduled for July 12, this news was declared by (LASIEC). The Lagos State Independent Electoral Commission, It was noted that The Head of public affairs, Mr Tope Ojo made this announcement on Friday .

He disclosed that the election for 57 council chairmanship positions and 376 councillor seats will take place on July 12. If necessary, a re-run will occur on July 19.

Local Govt Polls in Lagos 2025

According to him, campaigns and rallies will start on April 18 and end on July 9. We should also note that (t) Lagos State comprises 20 Local Governments and 37 Local Council Development Areas (LCDAs).
