RAIN Congratulate Alhaji Musiliu Akinsanya popularly known as (MC
Oluomo) for the victory of All Progressives Congress APC in the just
concluded Governorship Election in lagos State

The (RAIN) National Coordinator. Prince Adewale Samson have taken a
review of the recent political development as regards aftermath of the
just concluded 2023 General Election

Director Inter-Parties Affairs for Tinubu/Sanwo-Olu Campaign, This

Re-Awaken Initiative of Nigeria (RAIN) said, with all pleasure, they
rose in accord with other stakeholders in Lagos State polity to
congratulate Alhaji Musiliu Akinsanya. MC Oluomo for the victory of
All Progressives Congress APC in the just concluded Governorship
Election in Lagos State. He said they are appreciative of MC Oluomo
land- Mark Achievements before and during the electioneering process.
His modest accomplishments and impact in the whole process indicated
that Lagos State is work in progress.

RAIN, said they have no reservation in arriving at the best pick of
the Chairman of lagos State Park and Garages for the task at hand in
the person of MC Oluomo during the electioneering process, Oluomo saw
his role as a means of promoting Democratic principles, united and
transformed lagos state.

In view of the above, we make this Press Statement of caution and
warning against the hydra-headed and monsterous move and statement by
some Group of persons. These elements who have vowed to stop at
nothing to carry out their campaign of Calumny against Alhaji Musiliu
Akinsanya Oluomo must be stopped.

RAIN also said as follows;

1. People should know that it does not pay to run people down for not
just reason

2. What Lagos state needs now is not Rancor, Bickering and Tinkering,
but love, Peace and Unity irrespective of political Ethnic and
Ideological differences.

3. We believe that Oluomo is a leader who has contributed immensely in
the sustainable development of Lagos State that does not deserve the
destructive criticism against him; rather he should be supported in
his efforts and support to the Government of Lagos State.

4. In spite of all provocative utterances by these mischief makers,
this great leader, Oluomo has maintained equanimity, a political trait
that is in short supply among politicians. We therefore ask him to
remain focused as he has always been.

5. We therefore urge MC Oluomo to bring reform in the operations of
the Parks and Garages in Lagos State for posterity sake.
